Cairo Runners Registration Platform

Challenge:

As Cairo's most active running community, Cairo Runners had an existing registration platform — but it wasn't keeping up with their needs. The process of assigning race numbers, communicating with registrants, and giving organizers meaningful control was clunky and inefficient, creating friction for both the team and their racers.

Solution:

We built a modernized race management platform deeply integrated with our own product, Spark, delivering:

• A seamless registration flow for racers to sign up for events quickly and with ease.
• Automatic race number generation assigned to each registrant upon sign-up, eliminating manual effort entirely.
• Automated email delivery sending each racer their race number directly to their inbox the moment they register.
• A dedicated admin dashboard giving the Cairo Runners team full control over registrations, participants, and event logistics.
• Native integration with Spark, connecting the platform into Cairo Runners' broader operational setup.

The result is a streamlined, fully automated registration experience that replaced an outdated system with one that works as fast as their runners do.
