HPadel
HPadel is a cutting-edge facility for playing, competing, and practicing Padel Tennis in Egypt. It is one of the very first places to open 4 Panoramic Padel Tennis courts which enhances the players' experience and audience-watching matches.
The Requirement
HPadel team wanted a solution to help them maintain booking records and acquire insights from them.In addition, the system should be able to handle a large number of concurrent users and bookings, with the ability to scale resources as needed. On top of all, they wanted to ensure a flawless user experience for their clients to easily search for courts, make bookings, manager their bookings and receive notifications.
The Solution
The solution consists of two main channels:
Dashboard
1. Statistics
- Filtered by time
- Number of bookings classified by their status (Complete/No Show)
- Total number of hours booked
2. Locations Management
- Add new locations and courts
- Update current locations, courts and their pricing
3. Bookings Management
- Table view including all bookings, which can be filtered by time, location, court and status
- Calendar view showing the calendar for each court separately
4. Users
- Display a list of all registered users and their relevant data
- Can search through the list by name, mobile number or email
- View user profile including booking history, penalties and their transactions
5. Transactions
- Display a list of all transactions related to court bookings, academy payments or penalty settlement
- View detailed information about a selected transaction, including payment method, status (e.g., pending, completed), and any associated fees
